We are part of the United Brethren In Christ family.
The United Brethren in Christ denomination began in 1767, when a Mennonite evangelist and a German Reformed preacher began working together. Despite many differences in belief and practice, they realized they agreed on the need for a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ.
As a church we ascribe to the UB Confession of Faith, which was adopted in 1815 and has never been changed. It states the fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith, core beliefs which Christians have held in common throughout the centuries.
